Alpha Paws really blew me away with how good this went. The expandable carrier I bought for my small pup turned out to be too tight for her. I asked about returning it and getting money back. They said fine and offered a return label but it would cost fifteen dollars. Then they gave me another option to just keep it and get a partial refund. Since I wanted to send it back anyway, they ended up letting me keep it for just fifteen bucks. The next morning my credit card was already credited for the rest. It was such an outstanding shopping experience! I'd highly recommend them for their great attitude and their clever products.

The mug is fantastic! The artwork came out so beautifully. My one complaint is that I wish you offered 16 ounce sizes as an option.
