Shortly after, the website went down saying it was temporarily closed due to heavy sales traffic from a major promotion. Now the main site appears to be completely shut down. I found another site called amourvertshop.com during my search, but it looks like a third party reseller and won't accept these gift cards. They're selling old Amour Vert inventory but these are clearly just leftover stock from another seller. All of Amour Vert's original customer service contact info is no longer working. I used to shop here regularly and I'm really upset that the company would shut down without fulfilling orders or honoring the gift cards they issued. This whole situation feels sketchy and possibly fraudulent. I haven't seen news coverage about it, but something seems off. Customers deserve to get what they paid for and deserve answers from the business.
It looks like the company may have closed down, but that doesn't excuse charging me for an order from January that was never shipped. I never heard back from anyone about it. The customer service team seems to have disappeared completely.
I placed an order for a blazer on December 31st for $250 and Amour Vert never shipped it or gave me my money back. I sent 7 separate emails and got no response to their customer service address. Their phone line doesn't even have an answering machine or voicemail option. In January the company did a huge clearance sale marking everything at $20 or less, and now their website doesn't sell anything anymore. I've been loyal to this brand since 2018 and am really disappointed that they would treat customers this way without any follow through.

I was trying to follow up on an order placed early December that still hadn't shipped by January 4th. No confirmation, no timeline, nothing. When I finally tracked down someone at a California location, a store associate was able to reach their manager and found out the item wasn't actually in the warehouse anymore despite me ordering a month earlier. We agreed to switch to a different color, but once they checked, that option wasn't in stock either. The real problem is their website doesn't sync with what's actually available in the warehouse, which is completely unacceptable. I'm sure plenty of other customers are dealing with this same situation. I could place another order for that same sweater right now and probably run into the exact same problem all over again.

Their customer service team is responsive and dependable, plus my orders always arrive when promised. What really impressed me are their Washable Silk skirts, dresses, and tops, along with their incredibly soft Tencel and Bamboo pants and blouses made from natural materials. The prints they offer are really attractive too. Most of their sizing runs true to size, though I did notice the ribbed turtle necks tend to fit smaller. Highly recommend shopping with them.
I really wanted to support what this brand is doing for the environment, but I just can't. I spent $200 on Washable Silk pants in an XS that were okay, then ordered another skirt in the same size and couldn't even fit it. Plus the skirt looked nothing like the pictures online. I requested a return within a day of receiving it, but they told me I could only get store credit. Apparently this policy was mentioned somewhere on the product page that I missed. Between the inconsistent sizing and how different items look in person versus online, I'm out $100 because I don't want to deal with this company. For the price they charge, the quality just isn't there, and their customer service attitude doesn't help.
