Adding to what someone else said about their support team being unavailable. Had the exact same issue myself. Getting an actual person on the phone felt basically impossible. I tried reaching out several times but ended up having to fix things on my own. My subscription kept sending stuff more frequently than I needed it. The products and invoices just kept coming. Finally I dug into my account and sorted it myself, though it took some work to figure out. Considering what I'm paying, I should be able to talk to someone who can help. This level of service is not okay at all.

I've been using their Lean product for a couple years and really like it. The quality's solid, it tastes good, and the cost is fair. Not sure where all the negative comments on here come from. My feedback is about the products themselves, not their subscription service which I stay away from entirely.

Used to be a regular with their subscribe and save program for years. Their collagen works great but it's pricey unless you're building up reward points. My computer crashed and I lost my password info. My job makes it really tough to get ahold of them during business hours before 6. I've tried resetting my password multiple times but the reset links either show up way too late when I'm not at my computer, or don't come at all. Meanwhile they just kept charging me and sending the collagen anyway. I can't manage my subscriptions or use my earned rewards, which honestly feels like stealing. Just get your collagen from a store instead, plenty of good options available. Their direct customer support is seriously lacking these days.

Started out trying their Collagen Protein Unflavored Powder and was impressed, so I went ahead and grabbed other items based on recommendations from Dr. Josh Axe. Every product I've gotten has genuinely improved my health. Of course everyone's different, but from what I've read online, most people seem to have good experiences with them. I'm a big fan and suggest checking out Dr. Josh Axe's YouTube channel too since he founded the company. I always do my homework before buying anything, and for me, Ancient Nutrition is hands down the best option out there.

Ordered this through a TV shopping program. Based on what people were saying about it, I thought it'd work great for me. But honestly I didn't notice any real difference. My energy, hair, skin, nothing changed. Before I tried this, my stylist used to always comment about how thick my hair is for someone my age. I finished the bottle of Ancient Nutrition and won't be ordering it again. Just wasn't effective for me.

Been drinking their super greens powder for about a year now and I love it. The energy boost I get from taking it is noticeable. I try a bunch of their different products but this one's my absolute favorite.

This product tastes really bad and doesn't mix properly. Actually it did the complete opposite of what they said it would. About six months into taking it, my face and hands developed a nasty rash with scales and skin peeling. Would not suggest buying it.
