Used to work okay then stopped working completely. The GPS through my watch quit tracking me. The distances started showing way off and I'd get locked on holes with no way to move forward. One time it said I had 880 yards to the hole! When I tried contacting support, I got nothing but a vague 'thanks for your input' message. They basically didn't care since they already had my payment. I'm begging for a refund but I'm past the 30-day mark so they won't help. Now I'm paying for a dead subscription for 10 months straight. Such a waste!
Started out working fine then completely fell apart. The GPS tracking through my watch stopped functioning. Terrible product that I ended my membership for back in 2021, only to find out they never actually stopped charging me! They've been billing me $155 for the past two years without permission. This company is completely disorganized and their product doesn't even work properly.
Just finished a full round of 18 holes and the system only tracked 3 of them. When I tried to review the course, I got an error message. The old phone-based version actually worked better than this new setup. I thought upgrading to the sensors would improve things, so I ditched my old equipment. Got a brand new sensor set but the putter sensor doesn't pair or work properly, and you can't use the whole system without the putter sensor. I've emailed them countless times asking for a replacement and keep getting confusing responses that make no sense. Their latest response was basically saying the order never included a putter sensor, which is ridiculous. I've explained the issue as clearly as possible but they just don't get it. I'm reviewing their customer support here since I haven't even been able to test out the actual sensors yet!
Like many others have mentioned, this only works with iPhone and Samsung phones, but nowhere in their marketing do they mention this limitation. Biggest waste of money ever, and I'm really disappointed with my purchase.

Arccos Golf is disappointing and frustrating. It's a waste of money. The system consistently misses way too many shots during a round for no clear reason, so you're constantly checking it and manually fixing mistakes. If it misses your second shot, suddenly it's recording a 400+ yard drive. You might get several missed shots in a row and end up with a 6 iron on hole 7 traveling 300 yards somehow to hole 8, with no actual putts or drives recorded. I've tested it on different courses and every single round comes back with poor tracking, sometimes terribly. The concept is great on paper, but the execution falls flat. I wasn't expecting perfect results, but I at least expected something decent, and Arccos doesn't deliver that.
