Would give zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM ARMRA!!! They cancelled my order out of nowhere with zero explanation. I spent hours trying to get help through their chat feature and sent multiple emails over several weeks, but got nothing back. No phone line, no real customer support, nothing. They act like they don't care about people who actually pay them money, and how secretive they are makes it impossible to feel confident about their stuff. If this is how they handle customers who already bought something, what kind of operation are they even running? Why can they get away with no phone support or actual customer service? Just pure indifference across the board. Under U.S. federal law, including FTC regulations, businesses cannot pull unfair or misleading moves, and that means actually following through on orders and actually responding when customers reach out. State laws also say companies have to work honestly and keep people informed about what they're selling and what they're doing. COMPLETE DISASTER AT EVERY SINGLE POINT! Not responding to your customers isn't just rude, it's actually breaking consumer protection rights and makes you wonder if this company is even legitimate. When a business can't even send you a reply
