I've been ordering from Artscow for years without any issues until recently. I bought a personalized bag for my business planning to order more, but it arrived with a huge hole in the lining that looked like it was never finished properly. I contacted them with photos of the damage and they apologized, then offered me three dollars to make it right. That's basically their whole solution since they don't do refunds or returns according to their policy. Getting a defective product and being offered pocket change as compensation felt insulting. I've asked them to close my account and won't be ordering anymore.

Outstanding start with my first ArtsCow order. Included two dresses, a swimsuit and a backpack. The print quality was fantastic with great color depth, the sewing was beautiful, and everything fit properly. I've used Contrado and Spoonflower before, more recently tried Printful and Printify, and ArtsCow is right there with them on quality while offering way more variety. Their customer service team was excellent, fixing my own mistakes twice without complaint. And the pricing is so reasonable. Shipping took a bit longer but it was December and everything arrived nicely packaged in individual bags. A couple suggestions would be allowing bigger file uploads and offering more natural fabric options. Really appreciate ArtsCow.

Really impressed with the selection of products available here and how simple they are to customize. The prices are very reasonable, especially when there's a promotion running. I'm definitely coming back to order again.

Bought a couple mousepads with family photos that never showed up. They claimed the items were returned, then offered to resend them for another seven dollars and ninety eight cents. I accepted, but then they said it got returned again and wanted another seven ninety eight. At that point I told them I didn't believe them and walked away.

This company is awful. I ordered a custom watch to go with other items I'd designed and they sent it in a completely different color, then tried to defend their mistake. Everything was supposed to have an aqua background, but the watch came with light blue. When I asked them to fix it they blamed me instead of accepting responsibility. The colors are clearly different and they refused to correct it even after I asked. They also messed up another item by printing it ten times bigger than the design. Not willing to fix problems at all. Really disappointed considering I was thinking about using them for my business.

Great quality for sure. They always have nice promotions going on. I've picked up two mousepads, a pair of shoes, and just ordered a women's top. I'm always watching for their special deals, especially more discounts on shoes. Only complaint is there's no way to track where your package is.

I've placed several orders with ArtsCow and every time I'm impressed by the product quality. Their regular prices could be better, but if you subscribe to their mailing list you get access to deals that are actually affordable, especially when free shipping is included. One thing that bothers me is charging extra for larger clothing sizes, which feels unfair, though when items go on sale it still ends up reasonable. Their customer support isn't the greatest, but since I rarely need to contact them it hasn't been much of a problem. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful! I made a couple ordering mistakes but one of their customer service reps was really helpful fixing things for me. When the dress showed up I was thrilled with it. As an artist I prepare detailed designs based on my own paintings using Photoshop to get high resolution files, and it works wonderfully. The stitching is also really well done. Thanks so much Artscow, I really enjoy working with you.

Over the years I've placed multiple orders here and honestly I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Their greeting cards are not worth buying - the printing quality is below average and the glossy finish inside makes it almost impossible to write on. Getting help from their team is nearly impossible. Their contact details are confusing with wrong email prefixes listed. I've switched to using Shutterfly instead, which offers much better service overall.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but I'm really thrilled with my order! I made sure to use a high quality image for the mini double-sided fleece blanket. While the fleece isn't super plush, it's soft and the image looks amazing! The only downside is that since the material is thinner, you can slightly see the image through on the other side. Still, the colors printed beautifully and I'm really happy. I just got the smallest size to test it out but I'm planning to get a larger blanket now that I know the quality is this good.
