Absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order for around $200 worth of their chocolate candy online about a week back, but I'm still waiting to hear anything about when it's shipping. I've tried contacting them four different times and haven't gotten a single reply from anyone. At this point I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card since there's no way to actually talk to someone there.
