What Shoppers Say About auradevices.io
Aura Devices has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with every review rating the company at one star. The most common complaint centers on unresponsive customer support; multiple reviewers report reaching out numerous times without receiving meaningful help or resolution. Product defects are also a recurring theme, with customers reporting devices that failed out of the box, stopped working after months of use, or never arrived at all. Several shoppers mention warranty claims and refund requests that went unaddressed for weeks or longer.
No positive aspects of the company's products or service emerged from the available reviews. Shoppers consistently describe their experiences as frustrating and express regret about their purchases. The absence of any higher ratings suggests systemic issues with product quality, order fulfillment, and customer service response.

Sorted by: Most recentMy Aura strap 2 stopped working after about six months of use. I got in touch with their support team and we figured out the battery was fine but the band itself had died. I filed a warranty claim but since then, nothing but silence.
The strap didn't work out of the box and the customer service is awful. I've reached out more than ten times trying to get help and nothing has been resolved. Total waste of money. Stay away.
Never got my order and support refuses to help. They won't look into shipping issues or explain what happened, and they're not giving me my money back either.
Got a defective unit right out of the box that never functioned properly. Emailed support but they never respond. A month has gone by and I'm still waiting for my refund.
Over a month now and still no refund! The device was broken from the start and never worked at all.
I ordered a specialized strap for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 back in July, but it never showed up. The tracking info became useless somewhere between here and overseas, and the package disappeared completely. I went back and forth with support via email for weeks, getting increasingly frustrated. The company kept implying I was lying about not getting it, which made everything worse. Eventually they said they'd process a refund, but they did it without even apologizing sincerely. Instead, the tone felt accusatory, like I was the problem. That really bothered me after all the time I spent trying to fix it. On top of everything, they asked me to review their support, but their review system doesn't even work properly. The button to submit won't respond. It's been a rough situation overall: bad support, broken systems, and a defensive attitude instead of actually caring about the customer. I'm hoping this feedback gets to their team and helps others avoid going through what I did.
My original strap quit working after just a few weeks, which was frustrating. To their credit, Aura did send me a replacement pretty quickly, so at least their customer service stepped up. Unfortunately, the replacement stopped working after barely a week. I've just thrown it away at this point and moved on.
Don't spend your money on this. The band only works maybe one out of every ten times, and only if you position your hand on the sensors in just the right way. Move even slightly and you'll get an error message. The connectors that clip into the watch don't actually lock properly, so they pop out constantly. I lost my watch today because one fell off. Plus there's a $79.99 annual subscription fee for this already broken product. Their customer service is useless and their policies are garbage. They also seem to remove critical comments about this product from social media.
This whole experience has been a letdown from start to finish. I bought the AURA Strap 2 because of their free international shipping claim. Took more than three weeks to get to me overseas, plus I got hit with €37 in unexpected import fees that weren't mentioned before checkout. The strap itself is pretty rough quality and looks like the cheapest knock-off watch band imaginable. The app? It crashes constantly on my brand-new iPhone 16 Pro. I spent over €180 and ended up with something I can't even use. When I reached out to customer support, they just sent me bland copy-paste answers that didn't actually address what I was dealing with. Normally I don't bother with reviews, but I felt like I had to warn people. The whole thing feels like it's still in beta or something. There's basically no real support, and it's definitely not worth what you're paying.
