The customer service is robotic and frustrating to reach since you have to fill out a lengthy form every single time you need help. Hands down the worst purchase experience I've ever had.
Own a City GT2 that's been acceptable overall, but the bottom piece of the five point harness snapped off and I lost it. When I reached out to Baby Jogger about getting a replacement part, they made me jump through hoops asking for things like serial numbers and receipts before finally saying they don't sell that part separately. Their only option was buying an entire new seat assembly for basically the cost of a whole new stroller. Terrible support and the prams are pointless if something breaks since you can't fix them affordably. Not worth recommending.
