Won't be going back to BabyQuip. I picked out a specific rental provider and crib well in advance. Then just seven days before my trip, they switched my order to a different provider who had worse ratings and a completely different crib. When I reached out to the new provider asking about which crib I'd actually be getting, she never responded. I had to reach out to BabyQuip support to get any answers, and only then did she reply, though she was pretty dismissive and didn't engage much after that. I'd originally paid for a nice mattress cover and sheet set, but what I received was just a sheet. I'm done with this service. The worst part? You can't even write a review on their site without tipping the provider, even though they already made good money for providing subpar equipment and service.
