Really disappointed with this purchase. I have blonde hair and ordered the ash brown shade, but my brows turned out ginger red since henna reacts that way with my hair type, even though they said it would work differently. Customer service promised to send me an alternative color but never followed through, and when I asked for my money back they ignored that request too. Complete waste of money overall.

This company ran a scam on me. I placed one order for a product but somehow got put into an automatic subscription without my knowledge. When I wanted to stop it, I told them the first product didn't even work and I didn't want anything else sent. They basically forced me to keep buying more items or they wouldn't let me out of the subscription. They also billed me for a second product that never arrived and kept pushing me to pay additional fees just to cancel. This is straight up predatory and dishonest behavior. Don't buy from this place.

I honestly can't figure out what's going on with this company. Their marketing is really effective and got me interested in trying their brow line. However, every time I tried checking out with my credit card it kept getting declined. I used two separate cards and got rejected both times. That's strange because I've placed tons of online orders recently, even international ones, with no problems at all. When I contacted them about it, they just told me to remove all my credit card security restrictions, which honestly seems sketchy. Instead of actually fixing their payment system or checking their website security, they want customers to compromise their card safety. That's pretty concerning. I'd probably be a loyal customer if I could actually complete a purchase and if their products are as advertised, but the whole situation feels unsafe and I'd tell others to be careful before dealing with them.

Got my brow wax in the mail yesterday and I'm furious. The jar showed up nearly 60% empty and it's ridiculous. I've seen what this product looks like on social media so I know exactly how full it should be, and mine is basically hollow. Such a rip off. Very disappointed in this company.
