Sorted by: Most recentI bought a university class ring for over twenty-two hundred dollars, which was already way too much for what they were offering. Then they emailed saying they couldn't engrave the degree and graduation year on it like I requested. I cancelled right away and asked for my money back. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't seen a refund. I'm out over two thousand dollars with nothing to show for it. The company won't return my money even though I cancelled within days. Every time I call customer service, I get different answers and get passed around. This is theft plain and simple. Don't trust this company and I would warn everyone to stay away.
The service at this company is terrible right now. My nephew ordered his ring four months ago and still hasn't received it. They've given us four different dates when it would arrive and four different reasons for why it's delayed. They keep blaming their production facility and customs issues but aren't actually talking to my sister about what's happening. It used to be a solid company but management has really let things fall apart.
