I placed an order in late November because the physical locations kept running low on stock. The first shipment went out right when Royal Mail started a strike, so after waiting over two weeks I asked for either a replacement sent via different carrier or my money back. They sent another package through Royal Mail during yet another strike situation. I'm done ordering online and plan to request a full refund

Ordering from the Bareminerals website was a nightmare start to finish. My order took a full month to arrive. Finding the tracking info in their confirmation email was harder than it should have been, and the tracking itself was slow and gave me inaccurate updates. When everything finally showed up, the products weren't right for me so I wanted to return them. I emailed customer service but haven't gotten a single response. They make it seem like returns would be super easy, but that's clearly not the case. Just buy from Ulta or Sephora instead

Had an awful experience with their online support. The agent kept saying the system was down and told me to call back in a couple days. The person was really hard to understand with a thick accent. What's happening with this brand lately? I can't find the shades I use either in stores or on their website, everything keeps showing as sold out. I've waited weeks for restocking but nothing comes back. Even at Ulta where they used to have a pretty good selection, the space has shrunk to basically half an aisle and most items are gone.
