When they finally showed up, the lilac was perfect but the red one was two to three inches too long, even though they were the same style. The shirt turned out to be a tee instead. Called to complain and they refused to believe they'd sent me different sized collars. They wanted me to pull both out, photograph them side by side, and email the pictures. I don't even have a phone that does that, so they told me to borrow one. I also pointed out I'd ordered a shirt, not a tee top. It took filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get anywhere. They finally sent me a label, I returned everything, and I got a refund, but no tax or shipping costs back. They offered to let me talk to their head of customer service and gave me her name, but based on reviews I read at the Better Business Bureau, that wouldn't have helped anyway. They're incredibly rude and need to completely change how they do business. I would have ordered so much from them if they weren't like this.
I've never seen a worse return policy in my life. You have to send everything back within fifteen days and you're paying the shipping yourself, plus they reduce what they refund you for some reason that's never explained. I ordered a jacket that didn't fit right and when I tried to return it, their refund offer was a fraction of what I paid. They won't even do exchanges and they take zero responsibility for product issues. Look for another place to buy pet stuff.

After I placed the new order, they assured me via email they'd reimburse the shipping charge. Then they claimed my order shipped before they could remove the fee and tried to spin it as me getting priority shipping instead, which only saved like a buck sixty. So I ended up paying almost full price for return shipping plus the new shipping. They never refunded my original order either. The excessive exclamation points in those emails while apologizing for not doing their job was unprofessional. Sites that email return labels are way better. This place has a terrible return process and the products aren't good enough to justify the hassle.
The pricing might look good at first, but wait until your order arrives. Sizing is way off, running roughly 10 sizes smaller than what you order no matter how carefully you take measurements. The actual fabric quality was decent, I'll give them that, but the fit was impossible. The leg openings were positioned on the sides of the garment, and nothing about it would work for my dog. Since returning meant paying nearly as much in shipping as the item cost, I just tossed it. I'm never shopping with them again.
If I could give less than one star, believe me I would. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and because of their mistakes, I'm down over a hundred bucks with my short-haired pup having zero winter protection as temperatures dropped. Their customer service person basically blamed me for their errors. Their incompetence became my financial problem. They mislabeled an expensive winter coat and now expect me to absorb the postage costs both ways plus all the custom charges that should never have happened since they sent me the completely wrong size. The coat runs about five sizes smaller than what the site shows, and nothing matches the measurements they list. Then they act like that's somehow my fault. They mention a disclaimer about buying a size bigger for fur, but my dog's coat is short and tight, adding nothing to his size. I measured him with his fur on, so the disclaimer is basically just a scam excuse anyway. The coat is six inches too small and sits halfway up his body.
Don't waste your time ordering from here. Their size labeling is consistently wrong, and when you return items because of their mistakes, they make you foot the shipping bill and won't even exchange anything. Use a discount code and they'll refund your discounted amount, but then try ordering that same item just one day later and suddenly there's no discount available. They just want your money and couldn't care less about doing right by customers or standing behind their business.
