Forget about getting decent support or your stuff in any reasonable timeframe. I bought 2 lowers and 3 uppers. The lowers shipped after about 8 calendar days but here we are on day 15 with still no uppers. Sent 2 emails and got the same generic response both times about orders shipping somewhere between 1 and 24 days. Called them up and heard the exact same scripted message. Then the rep says oh actually it's 1 to 14 business days but nowhere on the website or in their emails does it mention business days. 15+ calendar days is still way too long. The CSR made me wait through 20 rings to pick up and wouldn't transfer me to anyone else or let me cancel just the upper part of my order. This outfit seems like a small garage operation that either doesn't stock anything or doesn't have a clue how to run things professionally. Buyer be warned.

Have to say these guys have treated me really well. Grabbed two rifles from them recently and while both had some small issues along the way, the way they handled everything was fantastic. Now I'm completely satisfied with my purchases.

Nobody in customer service picks up the phone. I've been calling every single day for 2 weeks and leaving voice messages but they won't call back. Even tried all the different extensions the recording gave me and still end up in customer service. This is really bad business practice. Had a firing pin that broke and needed to report it but can't reach anyone.

Really frustrated with how this company handles customer service. Put in an order and they charged my card but never processed the actual order. Now it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Called multiple times and can never get through to a real person. My buddies ordered the same items just a few days after me and already got their stuff. Can't even reach anyone to ask what's going on with mine. So many emails with no response. I've had good experiences here in the past so this is shocking. It feels like they've just shut down.

Just grabbed 2 complete uppers, one in 6.5 creedmoor for AR10 and another 22lr for AR15. Both showed up just days after I ordered and the quality and fit look great. Still putting the builds together before I head to the range so I'll have a full report later. Also ordered an AR15 complete lower which shipped really quick and should be here soon but I'm not worried it'll be anything less than perfect. I've been buying BCA stuff for a while now and I'm almost always satisfied. If something does go wrong they step up and make it right.
