When I make calls over Bluetooth, there's always background noise and people tell me the sound on their end is terrible. Plus the battery refuses to charge past 94 percent. Definitely skip this product.
Otherwise decent headphones, but one earbud keeps disconnecting even when it's fully charged. These cost over three hundred dollars and they're only three years old. I feel like I should get a refund or replacement given what I paid.
I paid a lot of money for earbuds that were supposed to handle sweat and water. From the beginning they had charging issues that kept coming back. I kept them clean and dry and wiped them after use every time. After about a dozen uses I sent them back for repairs. Apple told me they weren't covered anymore because there was liquid damage visible on the contact points. But here's the thing - those are the outside contacts that are specifically supposed to be water and sweat resistant. The customer service was really poor. This is an awful product and I'm working through legal channels to recover my money.

The Studio buds are tough to insert and never feel secure regardless of how I position them. They randomly develop a magnetic issue and won't sit properly in the case. When I use the active noise cancellation or ambient mode, there's an awful high pitched whistling that makes them basically unusable. I found forum discussions where tons of people have this same problem and nobody has found a fix. Apple hasn't addressed it either.
