I've sent them message after message asking about it but haven't gotten a single response back. Really disappointed with how they don't follow through on what they promise and the radio silence on top of it.
Their customer service is honestly terrible. I placed an order on November 7th late in the evening and immediately got a shipping confirmation email. Still haven't gotten my stuff weeks later. When I reached out to their support team about it, they claimed the package was delivered the very same day I ordered it. Wait, so it somehow got to my house in less than 3 hours and they won't even give me a tracking number? That doesn't add up at all.
Haven't seen any real improvement with my sinuses after using this. I picked up their Propolis Sinus Support supplement which comes with 60 pills. The bottle's almost gone since you need two pills three times daily, and at over $30 per bottle it feels pricey when there's been zero noticeable difference for me. Maybe a saline rinse would work better based on my experience. That said, I get that different remedies work differently for different folks.
UPDATE: After I posted on their social media, the company actually took care of my problem right away. Still not entirely sure why their emails and calls weren't getting through to me, but things worked out in the end. The actual product is fantastic, though I had to stop using it for health reasons. The real frustration came when I tried canceling my subscription multiple times and got absolutely nothing back from them. There's supposedly a way to manage your subscription on their site, but it requires getting an email with a code, which I never received. I've triple-checked my spam folder and confirmed my email address is right, so that's not the issue.
