This was a terrible experience. I followed their sizing guide but the item came way too small. I asked for a return label and heard nothing back. Then when I requested a refund, they said store credit was my only option. It's been over a month and still no return label. This company is horrible and I'm never ordering from them again. I'm out 100 dollars.
Ordered a coat in mid-January that didn't fit right, so I sent it back about two weeks later. Still no refund months later. I filed a dispute with PayPal and submitted everything they asked for including the post office return receipt, but they closed the case in the seller's favor without explanation. Really disappointed since this is my second time having problems with this store. Lost $173 and got nothing. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.
Never got my coat delivery. When I emailed them about the missing package, they responded by asking me to send a copy of my ID. That's completely ridiculous. Total scam.
