Terrible experience. Ordered something with a promised delivery date of the 22nd but as of the 31st it's still stuck in Italy according to DHL. Contacted their support and just got a generic template response that didn't help at all. Still waiting for a 250 pound item. Their choice of shipping partner clearly isn't working.
