Been ordering bully bites for over 5 years for my small and extra small dog. Always loved getting a nice selection of 3 to 4 inch sticks until this last order. My five pound bag was almost entirely tiny half inch unraveled bits. Looked like they dumped months worth of scraps and waste straight into my bag. Called customer support and they said what I got was actually fine. Wanted to send it back but they wouldn't do free returns. Cost me almost seventeen bucks to send back their bad product. I'm done with this company for good. They don't stand behind their quality. If you're thinking about ordering, know there are lots of other places that sell bully sticks and give free returns if you're not happy. Too bad for Best Bully Sticks because I'm taking my business elsewhere now.

Really impressed with how fast the service is and the orders show up on time. The stuff itself is top notch and the pricing feels fair. They even do bulk orders. I do wish there was better info on how big things are and calorie counts though. Some items showed up bigger than I thought they would be, but honestly my dogs weren't complaining at all. One small issue is that I get way too many promotional emails from them.

Been shopping at BestBullySticks.com since way back and always had great results. Used to order my bully sticks and have them show up at my mailbox within about 4 days. They bill your card right away too. Not sure if they got new ownership or something changed, but I heard they switched warehouses. When I placed an order a month back, every time I called they said it was going out that day. Called a couple times over two weeks and heard the same thing both times. Order never came, so I asked them to stop it and send my money back, which they did. Then I waited about 2 weeks thinking maybe things would go better this time around, but still no sticks and now over a week has passed. They keep telling me UPS will bring it soon, except I have a mailbox. They claim they gave UPS my home address but when I check the tracking there's no change. It still shows the wrong city and looks stuck.

Used to be a regular here. Then they messed up their website and ended up showing two free shipping deals at the same time. I went for one of them, the one that turned out to be the unintentional offer. After I complained with full proof of their mistake, they wouldn't honor it. They also never apologized or even acknowledged the problem. They just went and fixed the website after I pointed it out. Not honoring an advertised offer, whether intentional or by accident, is a bad way to run a business. They let go of a repeat customer spending fifty to a hundred bucks monthly just to charge me seven fifty extra. Their response wasn't just wrong headed, it feels unethical and probably breaks the rules too. Any business showing two different promotions has to honor both legally. Seven fifty isn't worth taking this further though.

Once I found out about their 2 pound variety bag of bully sticks, I stopped buying from the pet store completely. For only $37 I get a ton of treats that would cost over a hundred at the store. My puppy goes crazy for their beef tracheas too. Definitely ordering more soon.

Hands down the best spot for bully sticks and healthy dog treats. Best prices I've seen anywhere. Plus they give military discounts which is really cool. Fantastic business overall.
