Purchased the Runway bag but can't get it open. The tab that opens it is tiny and it breaks my nails trying to pry it. I managed to open it once but now I'm stuck - it won't open and I haven't even used the lock code. I really like the size but it's useless to me right now. Very frustrated.

Bought a Lift Off bag last year for traveling and it didn't work as advertised. The wheels were basically stuck and wouldn't move. I contacted them and they were nice enough to send a replacement, which is good. Just got back from another trip and this replacement bag rolls just barely better than the first one - you have to spend time getting all the wheels moving together in the same direction. The handle bent on this one too. I really want to love it because of the storage space, but it's not working out.

This bag is useless when it's packed because the wheels don't roll properly and they get stuck constantly. Used it for an extended European trip and the whole thing was a nightmare. The bag leans to one side, the handle feels weak and cheap, and customer service is basically useless - seems like an automated system that just pastes the same return policy response over and over without actually addressing your questions. The wheels are the biggest problem - they don't work at all when you need them to.

I really wanted to like this but I can't. This is legitimately the worst suitcase I've ever owned. It won't stay standing up when you're rolling it through an airport - we ended up just carrying it the whole time. I honestly can't believe people left such positive reviews on their site because this thing is absolutely terrible.

Still waiting on my order from mid-July and it's been over two months now. When I tried to track it down, customer service said I needed to be patient since I only paid for standard shipping. I waited another couple weeks with nothing. When they finally got back to me, they claimed my address was wrong, but it wasn't really - just had the house name listed twice. Now they say they'll resend it, but I don't even need it anymore since I've already gone on my trip and come back. I asked for my money back five days ago and haven't heard anything.
