I reached out to complain and got told that the free shipping deal was only for people in the US, which wasn't clear when I was ordering. I've tried to argue about it since but they won't budge and they're refusing to refund the shipping charge. If you're ordering from outside the country, watch out! The company didn't communicate their policy fairly.
Been waiting for almost a month now and still no delivery. When I finally reached someone at the company to complain, I mentioned I wasn't going to pay my credit card bill and that I'd post about this online. They sent me a tracking number via email but I'm still waiting for the actual items to arrive. Turns out the products are manufactured in China which kind of makes sense with all these delays.
Still waiting on my serum after nearly three weeks. I've emailed them multiple times but haven't gotten any reply!
Ordered a mascara directly from their site on May tenth and it's now May twenty fourth with still no sign of it. I've sent multiple emails but all I get back are copy paste responses. Haven't even received a shipping confirmation. Good thing I paid through PayPal because they went ahead and refunded me. The customer support here is basically nonexistent. This is my first and final purchase from them. I ordered something similar from a department store the next day and had it delivered the same day.
Serious scam warning! Do NOT order from this company! They'll sign you up automatically for repeat charges on items you never even ordered, and then they refuse to give your money back. I've spent forever talking to their customer service team and they keep dropping calls, but I only managed to get partial reimbursement anyway. Don't throw away your money or your time with them. If you do end up ordering, forget about returning stuff or asking for refunds through normal channels. Your best bet is to report it as a fraudulent charge right away and close out your card.

What I appreciate about their email communication is that while they send lots of messages, they never feel like spam and come across as really personable and engaging. I'd absolutely recommend their Drench & Quench moisturizer collection, their serums, and their hand cream!
