I own several pieces from Bloom and they're all top quality. Just grabbed the Spring Bouquet and it's lovely. The flowers and branches look incredibly lifelike, just what I was hoping for. My only complaint is about the courier. I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived a day late. That's not acceptable when you've paid for an expedited service. The carrier needs to get their act together, Bloom.
