Since it was a special surprise, I called ahead several times to confirm everything would go smoothly. Each time they promised it would happen. The flowers never showed up. I sent a polite email to customer service asking what went wrong and how they'd fix it. The representative I spoke with on the phone was cold and unhelpful. She said the flowers wouldn't be delivered that day and made it clear my order wasn't important because I used a discount code. They even wanted extra money to deliver it faster. Not only did I ruin a birthday surprise, but it was obvious they treat discount customers as second class. There was no apology at all.

I would give this a zero if I could. I ordered flowers on a Monday for a memorial service happening on Friday. They charged my card right away. Then at 6:34 pm on Friday while I was actually at the service, I got an email saying they couldn't complete the order. This company is basically running a scam.
