I've been a customer for 8 years but nobody's picking up the phone anymore. Left 3 voicemails last week just trying to place a new order and still haven't heard back. Starting to wonder if they've shut down. There are definitely other solid companies out there, so I'm moving on.

Got a six-month supply of their Snooze Support gummies and while they taste fine, there's way too much granular sugar coating on them. Eating a bunch of sugary gummies right before bed isn't ideal for your teeth or sleep quality. Sugar creates blood sugar spikes and drops that can throw off your energy levels and make it harder to fall asleep. When I contacted their support team with a suggestion to remove the sugar coating, they told me to just rinse the gummies before eating them. That response didn't sit right with me, and it's the reason I won't be ordering from them again. Their support staff could really use some better training on how to handle customer feedback.

Their non-THC CBD oil has made a real difference for my 22-year-old son who has autism. He's gotten better at self-regulating, and his emotional meltdowns are happening less often and don't last as long. Overall he's a lot more relaxed.

Placed an order and never got my items. I've tried calling the company multiple times and sent several emails, but nobody will answer or get back to me. Can't even reach a real person on the phone. This customer service experience has been absolutely terrible. Posting this review hoping it might actually get their attention.

Picked up their Downshift CBN + CBD Oil and some gummies. The gummies do help me feel more relaxed and ease my anxiety, but when my husband takes them, they don't seem to help his insomnia at all (and he's a bigger guy at 200 pounds). We've both noticed we get really hungry after using either product. Is this something other people experience too?

The products are good, but the price tag is steep. Their formulas really work well for me though, especially for managing my insomnia and PMS symptoms. You're paying a premium but you're getting something that actually delivers.
