By 5:31 PM the total was at 310 confirmations. I'd opened maybe 23 of them before taking a break and came back to find it out of control. Because of my hand issues, getting help deleting all these has been incredibly challenging and even typing one finger at a time causes pain. Checked my emails and now there's about 300 sitting there as of 5:44 PM. This was done on purpose and I deserve compensation. By 5:51 PM another 309 had arrived. Couldn't sleep properly wondering if the unwanted messages from Bowers & Wilkins would ever stop. Come Monday morning at 7:31 the emails were still flowing in. I'm now at 1151 total, which means I've got enormous amounts of cleanup work to tackle on every single computer. Around 8:38 another person's system started acting strange when they realized they absolutely did not place over 1189 orders that weekend. They'll see what they've put me through and they understand full well the damage they've caused.

Bought a headset from B&W a few years back. The wireless connection wouldn't work on either my laptop or phone. I reached out to their help desk and they couldn't even be bothered sending a reply. Think seriously before buying this stuff.
Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin looks amazing as a network speaker but it performs terribly. The software and Alexa integration don't work. Every time I use the app it has to search for the device again, requiring me to manually intervene each occasion. As a Bluetooth speaker it's fine, but that's about it. The software is completely broken. Since the latest update in March 2023 I'd recommend getting something else.
