After contacting the manufacturer, I learned they wouldn't have stock until early 2026. Eventually I tracked down that a few were coming in February 2026, but only through authorized retailers. I tried calling shops in my area around Charlotte with no luck - either they couldn't help or wouldn't return my calls. That's when I decided to expand my search to shops outside the state. Max at Brands Cycle and Fitness was awesome and responded right away. He explained the whole process and sent me a quote. Once I provided the serial numbers from my trikes and completed payment, everything moved quickly. The batteries arrived at Brands Cycle first, then got forwarded to me, and I had them in hand within 10 days. Our trikes are back in action! I really appreciate Max going the extra mile to walk me through everything. Highly recommended!
This is definitely the spot to grab Specialized and Trek gear. The service is outstanding and orders ship super fast. I had them pick up a front wheel for me, but the maker messed up and sent the wrong one. The team at Brands Cycle stepped in and sorted it all out. Not only did they fix the problem, they actually sent me a complete wheelset for what I paid for just the front wheel. Really impressed with how they handled it!
