Got this bike rack for our e-bike trip and it's been a nightmare. After just two months, the straps snapped and our bikes actually fell off twice, seriously damaging one of them. One side of the rack grips fine but the other side is super loose no matter how much we try to tighten it, and it bounces around constantly on our vehicle. I've called customer service more times than I can count with zero callbacks. We sent videos and emails, still nothing. Even took it to repair shops and they just told us to contact the company. Eventually someone said it wasn't Young Electric handling it but their e-commerce partner, so we reached out to them instead. Still radio silence. Now we're stuck 3000 miles away from home with a bike rack that doesn't work right, busted straps, and a damaged bike with nobody willing to help. When you can't get support to fix a product, it's basically worthless.

Just got an e-bike rack from these guys and I gotta say it's impressively solid. Tested it out carrying two bikes that weigh about 200 pounds combined and it handles it without any problems. Found out there's another brand selling basically the same model, but Young Electric's version is actually cheaper. Would definitely recommend picking one up from them if you're looking for a good deal on a quality rack.
