Been using Foundation for years now after hearing Dan Bongino talk about how great it is for fitness and recovery. Incredible product. Later started taking Field of Greens and still do regularly. Now I'm also using Lean to help manage blood sugar and keep my weight in check. All three work spectacularly well. At 65, I feel the healthiest I have in decades. Green smoothies just weren't happening for me no matter how hard I tried. Tried capsules too but swallowing that many daily wasn't realistic. Decided to test out Field of Greens and I'm so glad I did. This stuff from Brickhouse has made a real difference. I just mix the powder with water in my bottle and drink it throughout the day. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is fantastic, especially with ice and a little extra water. My energy is way up and I've got less joint soreness. Really appreciate what this company offers!
