Definitely skip this company. Brook and York is about as shady as it gets. I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas present but got sent completely the wrong thing that looked super cheap. When I reached out about the mix-up, they just told me to follow their standard return policy without even saying sorry or trying to fix it properly. On top of that, the refund process hits you with a processing fee, and they flat out refused to give me back the gift wrap charge or the taxes. Total headache. Steer clear of B&Y
