I placed my usual order for my sister's birthday on Nov 3rd, expecting it to arrive by Nov 7th so she'd have it before her birthday on the 10th. The tracking showed it wouldn't arrive until Nov 11th. I reached out to Fairytale and they blamed UPS, which felt like an excuse. They eventually offered to resend it, but I never actually got confirmation that it happened. No follow-up, nothing. It's disappointing because I do love sending these as gifts, but the lack of accountability and responsiveness makes me want to look elsewhere.

She immediately set up a replacement order without any questions or extra charges. She even asked me to check the weather forecast to make sure there wouldn't be rain on delivery day. She was so thoughtful, understanding, and helpful through the whole thing. The replacement arrived within the week and it was perfect. Now I can give these as gifts with confidence. I constantly tell people to get these when they ask what to give as presents. You really can't go wrong with Fairytale. The brownies are heavenly, and their cookies and bars are fantastic too. They offer tons of flavors and different sizes, so there's really something for everyone. It's like tasting pure magic.
