Their customer service is absolutely awful. I've been trying to reach someone for weeks without getting a response. Now I'm stuck with a broken optic and no way to get it covered under warranty.
Total garbage. I inquired about a trail camera and got back a three-word response that wasn't helpful at all. It technically answered something but completely missed why I was asking in the first place and took forever to arrive. This company is arrogant, dismissive, and really needs to get their act together.
