Sorted by: Most recentPicked up one of their lip glosses while traveling abroad. Once I got home, I realized the actual product was hot pink, but the label and box both said lavender cosmo. I checked their website and everything showed the same color mismatch - definitely looks like a quality control issue. The retailer isn't responding to any of my outreach attempts through multiple channels, and honestly Buxom isn't being helpful either. They said they could send the right shade to a US address, but only after I mentioned I'm in Europe, which feels pretty convenient. I used to be a fan and it's really hard to find their stuff where I live now, so I was excited to finally get something. Unfortunately I'm done shopping with them.
Their makeup is actually pretty decent, but the way they handle sales is sketchy. I've noticed they advertise "store-wide" promotions but then exclude a bunch of items from the discount. It's honestly the first cosmetics brand I've seen pull that trick. When I reached out on Facebook to complain, they totally ghosted me. Really disappointing customer service. I've pretty much stopped buying from them at this point.
