Got the big personalized bunny for my first grandchild and it started shedding fibers when he chewed on it. He's only four months old. When I called them out on it, their response was basically 'it's not a toy for babies.' Don't bother with their large bunny if you have infants or toddlers. Their customer service isn't good, the quality has gone downhill, and they're not focused on safety. Steer clear.
