Heads up to anyone considering ordering here. My package never showed up. I emailed multiple times but got some of the worst customer service responses ever. Instead of working with me to fix the problem and keep my business, they basically said USPS delivered it to the right address and that was that. Look, we all know packages get stolen off doorsteps constantly. Did they try to make it right? Nope. The customer service rep basically told me the company doesn't do refunds and it was shipped to the correct address. Apparently they can't think outside the box. Honestly the absolute worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. Super frustrated.

This is hands down my favorite cosmetics shop. They carry the highest quality makeup products around. Their customer service is outstanding and they're really thoughtful, sending personalized thank you notes with my orders!

I bought Ben Nye powder here and it turned out to be counterfeit. When I compared it to my friend's genuine Ben Nye, the texture and smell were completely different. The one I received was chalky and felt like baby powder. It didn't set my makeup at all like real Ben Nye does. Since I've used authentic Ben Nye before, I can definitely tell this was fake.
