Sorted by: Most recentI'd give this mug zero stars if the system allowed it. After just one wash, the colors started washing off. The dye rubbed right onto my cleaning gloves when I rinsed it. I'm concerned about whether this is even safe for food contact. I'm definitely not ordering from them again.
These guys are operating a scam. The canvas itself is thin and poor quality, it showed up damaged, warped and broken. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they refused both. They pretend to be based in Australia BUT THEY'RE NOT. Inventory ships from India and they're illegally collecting GST anyway. Their site and paperwork don't show any ABN. NOT ACTUALLY AUSTRALIAN. I tried getting money back through PayPal and they offered me one cent as a refund. I had to escalate the complaint. Eventually I had to phone them directly. PayPal was being difficult until I mentioned that by not refunding me, they were breaking PayPal's terms of service and Australian consumer protection law since this company is falsely marketing itself as Australian.
The packaging is awful and items always arrive damaged. Everything is being shipped from India. I tried contacting customer service and nobody ever got back to me. When I asked for a refund, I never received one. I absolutely would not suggest this company to anyone. The service is extremely poor.
My canvas ended up being nearly 3/8 of an inch too small in both directions. It didn't fit my 11 x 14 frame at all. The print just fell straight through. Customer service basically said too bad and pointed me to their disclaimer that says handmade frames can be off by up to 1 inch. But shouldn't something handmade actually come in the exact size you ordered? Total rip off.
Big mistake ordering from them. Stay away. When I asked about a delivery that never showed up, their chat responses were clearly automated, their transcripts don't match what happened, and I still haven't gotten my order.
This business operates like a scam. My order never arrived, they claimed it was lost, and they won't give me my money back even after I've asked multiple times. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
This company's products are really poor quality, and reaching them is nearly impossible. There's no phone line that works and their chat support basically doesn't exist. I'm filing a dispute with my bank because they clearly have a pattern of ignoring customers and delivering subpar work. The positive reviews on their site seem fake compared to the legitimate feedback on other platforms where people consistently give them low ratings and complain. Stay away from this place.
Ordered some canvas prints and a rug for the holidays. They said it would definitely arrive before Christmas but it came a week late. As for the rug, it never showed up at all. When I asked about it, they said it was out of stock and couldn't be sent.
I've placed maybe five orders with them over time and the quality has always been solid, the pillows especially are nice. I did have one situation where half of what I ordered was missing when the box arrived, but they did fix it eventually though it took some back and forth, including having to send photos. It felt like they didn't believe me as a customer, which was really frustrating. The main issue now is that they've tripled their prices. At these new costs, I just can't justify buying from them anymore. If the pillows went back to 2023 pricing I'd consider ordering again.
