After I completed my payment, something went wrong on their end and my order got shipped to the wrong country instead of to me. I never got anything. When I contacted their support team, they basically told me I'd have to wait for the items to come back before they'd send me a replacement or refund. That doesn't make sense since this was their mistake, not mine. I've tried reaching out via email multiple times to explain the situation but haven't heard back from anyone. Really disappointed with how my first purchase here turned out.
