What a mess! I've reported multiple unsolicited emails to them and they keep saying they can't locate my email in their system. Yeah right, that doesn't even make sense. I really despise when companies act clueless like this on purpose. Who legitimately operates a business and then lies to customers? Spammers don't just randomly fire off thousands of emails for fun, they get paid to do it. That means there's definitely an affiliate program involved and somebody's making money sending illegal spam. We'd all be better off refusing to give business to any company that sends unrequested emails.
