I mentioned I'm doing this as an annual tradition and plan to keep buying from them, but she put me on hold and came back with the same no. After going back and forth politely several times, I got frustrated too and told them I'd be taking my future purchases somewhere else. Honestly, this experience has left me pretty upset with their customer service approach.
