Someone reached out to my business demanding I add their link to my site and post fake five star reviews, threatening to spam and attack my website if I refused. Steer clear of this outfit. They operate questionably and their actual products are pretty mediocre, basically seems like they're just repackaging basic candy and calling it something special.

The quality of CBDMD products is questionable and inconsistent. After finding out about them through a podcast, I bought their Freeze 300 Pain Relief gel again in October and had gotten it before with great results. This time when it came, something was clearly off with how it was made. It smelled different, didn't have the same tingling effect I loved, and wasn't helping with pain relief. I phoned their support line and the representative I talked to didn't seem very concerned about my issues but did offer money back. He claimed the formula stayed the same and nothing changed, so I figured I'd trust him and keep using it. After using it for a few weeks on my knee and ankle, both spots got red, itchy, bumpy rashes that showed up nowhere else on my body. I reached out to customer service one more time and got: 'I can't locate your purchase, sorry. Call again when you have your order number. The formula is unchanged.'

This product feels overpriced and doesn't actually do anything for pain. Used the 300mg recovery cream multiple times daily and noticed zero improvement in aches or soreness. A small 2oz jar only lasted about eight days. At the cost, that's really not worth it. I honestly don't think you should spend your money here. It basically feels like rubbing lotion on your skin with the same results. Yeah, the bigger 4oz 1500mg size might work better, but at that price point you'd have to be out of your mind to drop that cash and hope it works, since you'd go through it in just over two weeks. You'd be paying around two hundred a month for something that might not even work. The one good thing was it had kind of a pleasant smell to it.
