Don't bother with this company! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I waited a long time before spending money on their pricey products, but when I finally ordered a moisturizer, it never showed up. After 40+ back and forth emails over two months, a shipping carrier investigation, submitting a form they asked for to prove non-delivery, I still haven't gotten my money back. Sure it was only about 70 dollars, but that's not the point! You have to send like five follow-up messages just to get one response from them. They basically ignore you. This experience has completely turned me off from the brand. Find somewhere else to shop where the company actually cares about their customers.
