My husband placed an order for me on a December date: a tennis bracelet and hoop earrings, both supposed to arrive in fifteen business days. We waited forever. The bracelet randomly showed up on December 23rd with no tracking at all, and unfortunately it didn't fit. The return went okay, but getting them to actually refund us was like pulling teeth. They only moved when we said we'd dispute the charge on the card. Then they sent a letter promising the money would be deposited within a certain timeframe, and thankfully that part happened. The earrings? That's where things got really bad. Ordered same day, same fifteen day promise. The delivery date kept getting pushed back. After Christmas passed. After New Year's. Another week. Then another week. We even got an email saying they were shipping soon, but FedEx never actually got the package. When we called, customer service kept saying they'd ship it out Thursday. I'm still not sure which Thursday they meant, but we're months out from that order and the earrings never arrived.
I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I'm still waiting for my purchase! The service is absolutely terrible. Yes, they apologize a lot, but that doesn't fix anything. I've called multiple times and been promised callbacks that never came. Emails I sent got ignored on their end. They told me they'd speed up shipping at no charge. Seven days later, all that shows is a label created but FedEx is still waiting for the actual item from them. I ordered and paid almost two months ago and still don't have what I bought. Stop with the apologies and actually do something about the problem! Do not buy from these people.
At the time of checkout, I was told the earrings would arrive by January 12, 2026. Right after I finished paying, I got an email saying they'd ship on January 13, 2026. When I didn't get a shipping notification, I contacted customer service on January 14, 2026 asking where my order was. They told me the new ship date was January 21, 2026. Since they were pushing it back again and my card had already been charged for almost a month, I asked if they'd give me a partial refund. They said no discount but offered some random free gift instead. I asked for a full refund then. They said they'd process it, and I made them confirm the amount. Really disappointed here. I had plans to give these earrings as a gift, but with the third delay, they wouldn't have shown up in time anyway. Plus, the company doesn't seem to communicate with customers about delays, which makes me think something sketchy is going on.
Don't shop here. The jewelry looks way cheaper and more fragile than what the pictures show. I got something as a gift from this company and found out you can only return it by telling the gift giver, which means forget about exchanges or getting your money back. That's a really poor return policy, especially when you're paying this much for items.

This company doesn't follow through on their promised delivery dates at all. Our ring arrived months later than they said it would. My fiance had to propose using a different ring from somewhere else because the one we ordered never showed up on time, and it was supposed to be here well before that special date. They took no responsibility for being so late and didn't offer anything to help make it right. They just blamed the time of year and workshop problems. For a company focused on engagement rings, you'd think they'd care more when they break their own promises, especially after confirming the date over the phone before I even ordered.
