My experience with Afia was really unfortunate. She yanked at my hair throughout the appointment and kept criticizing it because I arrived twenty minutes behind schedule. There was absolutely no reason to handle the situation like that. It seemed like she was just trying to get through me quickly so she could leave, and she vented her frustration out on me. I left feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed. This is not acceptable treatment for any customer. I won't be going back and wouldn't suggest this salon to anyone I know.

My visit with Afia was really disappointing. She was rough with my hair and made hurtful remarks just because I showed up twenty minutes late. The whole experience felt rushed, like she wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible so she could leave early. I felt disrespected and self-conscious the entire time. No one deserves to be treated this way at a salon. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to friends.
