I've only used the tire shine so far. The biggest issue I had was the smell. You put a small amount on a rag and when you're done, toss it in the back seat, and that's all you'll smell for the next four weeks. Get it on your bare skin and within a few hours you'll be sick of the odor. I ended up giving it away since it didn't outperform any of the other products without that awful smell. I doubt many actual detailers use this stuff. Plus the price doesn't match up with the quality you actually get from it.

My first order was $350 and took about a month to arrive. My second order for $60 showed up damaged and my FedEx driver said he was returning it to them as damaged. Now they're saying that's on me. I never received either set of products and they won't send replacements. Skip ordering from them. Their customer support is the worst.

I messed up and ordered an orbital grinder with 220V power by mistake without realizing that was the European version. Once I got it and saw the European plug, I called and asked if I could trade it for a US model. They said no, final sale. I told them I wasn't looking for my money back, just a swap and I'd cover any price difference if the US version cost more. They still said no. I even asked to talk to someone in management and got shot down again. So Chemical Guys is keeping my cash for something I literally can't use and they don't care one bit about making me happy. I made a mistake, but they also could've reached out and let me know the product wouldn't work in the US. Skip this company.

Seriously, stay away from these guys. You'd think in today's world a company would know how to handle shipping properly. Not this one. I ordered during their Black Friday sale and I'm still waiting, and it's already early December. Their customer service is non-existent. I get quick replies from their AI bot named Otto, but he can't tell me anything about where my order is. The company made a shipping label but never actually gave it to FedEx. I called their toll-free number three different times and every time it just disconnected. I've bought their stuff from Amazon and Walmart before and it's great, but ordering straight from their website has been the worst shopping experience I've had. I'm giving them one more day to get that label working, otherwise I'm disputing this charge on my credit card. Don't trust their claims about fast shipping. Just buy from their other retailers instead.

Put in an order yesterday around 4PM, but my son changed his mind about it. I reached out to cancel just 4 hours after placing it and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. That doesn't make sense at all. There's no way the package shipped out that fast.

Really bad experience with Chemical Guys. I should've paid attention to all the negative feedback online before buying. Shipping is slow, the stuff feels cheap, and their customer service is some of the worst out there. I tried canceling my order but couldn't make it happen. My shipping partner hadn't sent it out yet. Now I'm stuck paying to ship it back and there's a 15% restocking charge on top of that. Get your stuff from anyone but them.

I'm not judging the product itself since I couldn't even use it thanks to a broken spray bottle. This is all about their terrible customer service. These people don't understand what customer service means at all. Just excuses and zero actual help. I wouldn't buy from them again. They keep bothering me about a $10 item to boot. They're so full of it and act like they live in another world. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Bought their total interior cleaner to use on my windows. Wow, I seriously could've gotten better results using motor oil and at least I had the microfiber cloth to use with it. This stuff is absolute garbage.

Got the New Car scented spray and honestly it smells awful. Doesn't smell like a new car at all. More like cheap bathroom cleaner. The ordering and checkout went fine, but the actual product is worthless. Those hanging trees you get at gas stations smell way better.

Made the mistake of ordering directly from their website. One of my spray bottles doesn't work properly, and it looks like cheap junk. I contacted their customer service and all I got was an automated bot that said it would get routed to the right department. Nothing happened after that. I can't even review the actual product because the sprayer is broken. That's pretty disappointing. Be careful with anything that has a spray mechanism. Taking my business elsewhere.
