What Shoppers Say About ChocZero
ChocZero receives polarized reviews, with shoppers equally divided between five-star and one-star ratings. Those who are satisfied praise the product variety and quality, particularly highlighting items like caramels, marshmallows, and chocolate offerings that fit low-carb diets. Long-term customers report being loyal to the brand and appreciate the range of sweets, spreads, and syrups available.
However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious issues with customer service and the company's stated happiness guarantee. Multiple shoppers claim the guarantee is not honored when requesting refunds or addressing concerns, describing interactions as dismissive or unhelpful. Additional complaints include requests for product documentation (such as sugar-free certification for diabetic customers) being denied, excessive packaging waste, and shipping delays that damage products. One reviewer reported their order was canceled and labeled as fraudulent after requesting verification of claims.

Sorted by: Most recentI've been ordering from choczero for years but kept putting off leaving feedback! The selection is incredible and packed with amazing items. I'm obsessed with the caramels, marshmallows, their freeze dried marshmallow version, the fruit chews, and there's this milk chocolate almond bark I used to get that seems to be discontinued because I can't track it down anymore. All their syrups are fantastic, and honestly most of their chocolate offerings are top notch. The only products that don't do it for me are the candy bars and cookies.
The company makes big promises about standing behind their products with what they call a happiness guarantee. Don't believe it. If you reach out with concerns, you'll get insulted and they'll find excuses to not honor what they said. If they're willing to mislead you about their guarantee, it makes you think about what other claims they might be stretching the truth on.
The company won't actually honor their 100% happiness guarantee when it comes to refunds.
I requested documentation from the company proving their chocolate is sugar free, which matters a lot when you're managing diabetes. Instead of providing verification, they said they didn't have any certificates available. Then they went ahead and canceled my order, claiming the reason was fraud. That whole situation felt really shady and honestly it made me question whether what's actually in their chocolate matches what they're advertising.
Their 92% Dark Chocolate is definitely rich and creamy with great taste given how high the cocoa percentage goes. My issue is really with how it comes packaged. This thing arrives wrapped in layers and layers of stuff, plastic, foil, then some elaborate outer box that makes it feel like an expensive present rather than something you'd buy at the store. It's ironic since you'd think a product like this would appeal to people who care about the environment, but the packaging creates so much waste. The chocolate itself? Delicious. But unwrapping all that garbage kind of ruins the whole experience.
I really enjoy all of ChocZero's offerings, their chocolate, candies, cookies, spreads, and syrups are all wonderful and fit perfectly with my low carb eating plan. My last shipment got pretty melted up because it took forever to arrive through USPS. The chocolate was essentially ruined. Thankfully their support team handled it great and processed a refund without any hassle. I wish they'd look into faster shipping methods in the future, but I'm definitely sticking with them because the products and customer support are genuinely excellent.
I'm a big fan of pumpkin spice coffee when fall rolls around, so I was thrilled to discover ChocZero's monk fruit sweetened syrup in that generous 25.4oz bottle for under $9. However, when I opened it up, I found the spice profile was way stronger than anticipated. This syrup really leans heavy on the nutmeg! Once I figured out to use just about three quarters of a capful per cup of coffee, the flavors balanced out nicely. I'd definitely warn people upfront that this has serious spice kick. If you're someone who loves cinnamon, clove, ginger, and especially nutmeg, you'll probably go crazy for this. Just keep in mind the nutmeg and clove punch hard, so less is definitely more. The pumpkin comes through smooth and the spices add a nice tang, but a little stretches far. That concentrated spice means your bottle lasts forever though! I docked one star because I wasted some coffee while figuring out the right amount to use compared to their other syrups.
ChocZero is fantastic! Their product line is excellent and their customer service team really goes the extra mile to make sure people are happy. I've been buying their chocolate regularly for a year and a half now and I've never had a single complaint. They honestly treat their customers so well. This is hands down my go-to place for chocolate orders.
This company really impressed me and I shop there quite regularly. Everything arrives quickly and when I've needed to contact them, they've always gotten back to me promptly. Ordering from them genuinely feels like treating myself to something special. I really appreciate their commitment to using monk fruit as a sweetener and it's obvious they care about keeping quality high. Plus I respect that they're working to fill a real gap in the market for keto friendly options, and they're constantly introducing new products that I never knew I wanted but now can't live without.
