Ordered with expedited shipping but my package never arrived. I emailed asking for tracking details and got no response. After waiting past the promised delivery date, I sent another message saying how disappointed I was and asking to cancel. Still nothing back. A couple days later the charge just vanished from my card. I have no idea if it ever went through or if they actually canceled it. Don't waste your time with this company. There are plenty of other places to buy gifts for loved ones going through tough times that will actually deliver and answer your questions. These guys clearly don't care about their customers.

Their shipping policy is honestly terrible. They send out your order but if it doesn't show up, that's on you. No customer support, no refunds, no replacement options. Basically they don't take any responsibility.

This is highway robbery at its finest. The products feel like they came straight off a bargain store shelf and then got marked up. Those bracelets? Basically just rubber bands. And forget about the pins because they're absolutely tiny and cheap looking. Skip this place completely and don't buy anything from them.
