I tried their free version and barely got anything out of it even with the $5 credits from GitHub. My pods kept getting unhealthy and I had serious doubts about running anything important there. Figured maybe the paid version would be better so I upgraded. Nope, still stuck in free tier with no changes. I looked for support and it was depressing. The help section is full of questions that haven't been answered for months. I basically threw my money away on something that doesn't work. I'm not waiting months just to get a response. Update from later: My plan did eventually get upgraded but I got no notification and still haven't heard from support. After waiting all that time just to get it activated, there's no way I can recommend this because their customer service is genuinely incompetent.

Don't buy from these guys. They only care about taking your money and completely ignore you when you have questions about your VDS. Sure, they respond fast when you're trying to buy or get a refund, but your speeds will get throttled down to like 8Mbps whenever they claim there's high demand. They're just a reseller for Alibaba Cloud and they don't stand behind anything. Just go straight to Alibaba if you need their infrastructure.

Pretty sure this is a scam outfit. I created an account for the service but nothing happened even after a full day went by. Submitted a support request and heard absolutely nothing back.

This is straight up fraudulent. They're advertising 1Gbps VDS with 2TB monthly transfer, but after I purchased it and only used about 3GB of outbound data, they capped my speed at just 10Mbps download and 1Mbps upload. I filed a support ticket asking what was going on and got back some vague response about carrier QoS and bandwidth throttling that supposedly lifts automatically. They basically gave me nothing useful and then shut down my ticket without any real explanation. Pretty unbelievable.

You can do monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing, and Alipay even supports auto-renewal. They give free hardware upgrades to long-term customers and run monthly promos where you can get discount codes. I've been with them three months and haven't had any network problems whatsoever. I've also seen them consistently add new features during that time - IPv6, traffic resets, early renewal options, auto-renewal, and backups. Their service improvements are real and noticeable. They're now my only provider.

Avoid this outfit completely. I purchased a server and it sat inactive for over a day. Nobody processed my work order and there's absolutely no customer service info available. This is nothing but a money-making scheme. Pull your money out and find someone else. Don't give them a cent. The whole thing is poorly run.

Don't touch this service. I ordered a server and it never activated after 24 hours. Nobody's processing the order and there's no way to even contact anyone. It's just a cash grab operation. Get out while you can and don't give them your money. The whole thing is a nightmare.
