Got a couple of virtual machines set up in their Hong Kong location and they've been performing amazingly. Super fast speeds and totally dependable. The free backup feature that keeps 30 days of data is fantastic. No issues whatsoever.

The actual server worked pretty well, but the support was atrocious. Opened a ticket on December 10th and kept following up every couple days. By the time my VPS subscription ended on December 18th, I still hadn't gotten a single response. The machines run okay if you don't expect anything to go wrong, but if you need actual help when issues come up, there are way better companies to choose from.
