As someone who's been visiting for over two decades and comes multiple times yearly, I'm really disappointed by how I was treated. I made a reservation through an agency on September 1st, but just two months later on November 1st, the price dropped significantly - we're talking about 10% off or around 700 euros less. Nobody gave me a heads up about this price cut, and when I reached out, there was no offer to make it right or any goodwill gesture. It feels like the company doesn't value long-term customers like me at all.

I need to warn others that Club Med will not back you up when issues arise with their Air-Inclusive packages. We booked our flights through them last November, and in January a representative called to inform us that Jet Blue had made schedule changes to our flights. The new itinerary included overnight stops that we hadn't originally booked. The agent told me to hang tight and that Jet Blue would likely add our preferred routing back. I went along with it as instructed. Well, months later Jet Blue never restored those flights, and now Club Med is saying I'm stuck with the awful schedule they gave me in January. I followed their advice, but apparently that means I have no recourse. The customer service people I've dealt with have been unhelpful and actually rude about it. I'm now facing the need to pay 500 to 700 dollars out of pocket for hotel stays in two different cities just to make connections work. To make matters worse, they offered me an alternative airline option for 300 dollars back in January, but that's no longer on the table. Club Med messed up my vacation plans and put me in a really tough financial spot.
