The actual products are pretty decent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered 3 items and one had an expiration date less than a year away, which felt unacceptable for the premium price. When I tried to contact customer service about it, they never got back to me. For what these products cost, I'd expect much better support.

Don't shop here. I sent back a product for a refund but never received it. The seller appears to be Wigmore Medical Limited. Even though I emailed them and had DHL tracking proof showing delivery and a signature from the recipient on July 18th, no refund came through. Thankfully I'd paid with PayPal and was able to open a dispute. PayPal sided with me and I finally got my money back at the end of August.

Their product line is fantastic! The eye concealer is perfect for my dark circles, and I loved how the Glow sun cream made my complexion look radiant. Shipping does take quite a while though, so I always place orders well in advance, usually giving myself about 3 weeks.
